New Program

It's really quite simple... I am going to avoid negative people and all the bullshit they bring with them at all costs. I don't know what took me so long to figure this out, but I guess late is better than never. Hey, maybe I'll even get a decent haircut while I'm at it. Ha!

New Museum

I finally got to see the New Museum in person. My friend Kevin had emailed me some pictures of the Hell, Yes installation on the front of the building and to my surprise and the horror of others, it was still there. It turns out that these are probably going to be the last pictures I'll be taking for some time now, since I dropped my camera in the Port Authority the following night- bummer.

Animal Style

Bike racers, with the exception of Marco Pantani, are given great nicknames, most of them being of the animal kind. Marco, not liking the one he was given, just made up his own. Let's review a few of the others... The Badger, The Lion King, The Cricket, The Scorpion, The Falcon, The Lion of Flanders... heck, we even have our own Dingo (a.k.a. The Dawg) in our circle. I've yet to pick up my own cool animal alter ego, although The Dingo tried to bestow me with "The Polecat" a year or so back. Not a bad one, really... It just didn't stick and besides, I think we've already got "The Weasel" in our midst. Personally-- I think and you may agree, based on the above offering- I'm a good candidate for "The Golden Retriever." First person to give me Marco Pantani's animal nickname gets something.

Sunshine Sandwich

This was as good as it got today. Rain in the morning, followed by what you see in the pictures above-- followed by one hell of a tree ripping, hail blasting thunderstorm.
